Return and refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale items or gift items

2. Refund & Exchange Process

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange by following these steps:

Step 1: Raise a Request

  • Log in to your jaipurwardrobe.com account and go to the Order History section.
  • Select the item and choose Return/Exchange with a valid reason.
  • Upload clear pictures and an unpacking video as proof of damage/defect.
  • Alternatively, email us at info.jaipurwardrobe@gmail.com or call us at +91 6367092357 with order details.

Step 2: Pickup & Inspection

  • A pickup will be arranged within 24-48 hours of approval.
  • Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item.

Step 3: Processing Refunds & Exchanges

  • For Returns: After successful inspection, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For Exchanges: A replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-4 business days after inspection.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets).
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be credited as store credit or to a bank account provided by you.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
